We need some nature loving perspective here and we tend to look for the best in everyone and everything. Thus we would describe this Park as a fairly level quarter-mile paved walking surface surrounding a grassy bowl.

The bowl is purposeful and perfect as both a retention pond area for rain run-off when needed but during the dryer times the perfect spot to bring the kids and/or Rover for some exercise with a frisbee or a ball to play with.

The paved walking surface will give you a mile's worth of exercise every four trips, jogs or run arounds. We found the surface suitable for a walker or wheelchair.

There's a small parking area at the Southern end that never seems crowded and shaded park benches for a rest or the place to sit, to read or meditate on the World's problems.
 
The Northern end has a covered picnic table and a tennis court with two nets which may be reserved.

That's our takeaway from a visit and we would be interested in your thoughts as well. Large and small, we'll take all the green spaces that are offered.
